Magmortar is an interesting Special Sweeper. This moveset is designed to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Scope Lens/Razor Claw increases Magmortar critical hit ratio by 1 stage. Choice Scarf will increase Magmortar's speed by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick.
