Mienshao is a phenomenal Fighting-typed Pokemon. It's a not-uncommon sight to see Mienshao out in the 7th generation battlefield. Mienshao is weak to Fairy, Flying, and Psychic-typed attacks.

Physical Sweeper Mienshao (Popular/Trending)
Mienshao is an interesting Physical Sweeper. It was designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Scarf will increase Mienshao's speed by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Mienshao's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Regenerator, Mienshao restores 1/3 of its maximum hp rounded down when it switches out.

Mienshao is a marvelous Physical Sweeper. The purpose of this moveset is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Focus Sash helps protect Mienshao from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. With Reckless, Mienshao's attacks with recoil or crash damage have 1.2x power; not struggle. U-turn or Rock Slide are added to provide additional threat coverage.
♦ Jump Kick is a physical STAB-boosted 100-base power Fighting-type move (Mienshao is hurt by 50% of its max hp if it misses).
♦ U-turn is a physical 70-base power Bug-type move (Mienshao switches out after damaging the target).
