Scizor is a fabulous Special Wall for single battles. The purpose of this moveset is to take a substantial amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. With Technician, Scizor's moves of 60 or less power get boosted by 1.5x power. In this case it would boosts Bullet Punch and Dual Wingbeat. With a Figy Berry equipped to it, restores 33% max hp at 1/4 max hp or less; confuses if -atk nature then the Figy Berry gets consumed. With a Metal Coat equipped to it, Scizor's steel-type attacks have 1.2x power.

In this case it would boosts Bug Bite, Metal Claw and Double Hit. With a Occa Berry equipped to it, halves damage taken from a supereffective fire-type attack then the Occa Berry gets consumed.

In this case it would boosts Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, Bug Bite and Bullet Punch. Start off with Superpower to consume White Herb, then goto town with Acrobatics
