Excadrill is a wonderful Physical Sweeper. It's meant to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Focus Sash helps protect Excadrill from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Choice Band will increase the damage of Excadrill's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. With Sand Force, Excadrill's ground/rock/steel attacks do 1.3x in sandstorm; immunity to it. Rock Slide was added to provide additional threat coverage.

♦ Iron Head is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Steel-type move (30% chance to flinch the target).
