Life Orb boosts the power of Metagross's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Clear Body, prevents other pokemon from lowering Metagross's stat stages. This is the only Pokemon that you will need to beat trainer Orlando. This is one of the best for scaling in the Pokemon tower/train.
