Dewgong is a fabulous Physical Sweeper. It attempts to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Life Orb boosts the power of Dewgong's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Hydration, Dewgong has its status cured at the end of each turn if rain dance is active.
♦ Waterfall is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Water-type move (20% chance to flinch the target).
♦ Double-Edge is a physical 120-base power Normal-type move (has 1/3 recoil).
♦ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
♦ Avalanche is a physical STAB-boosted 60-base power Ice-type move (power doubles if Dewgong is damaged by the target).
♦ Ice Shard is a physical STAB-boosted priority-increased 40-base power Ice-type move (usually goes first).
♦ Thief is a physical 40-base power Dark-type move (if your Dewgong has no item, it steals the target's).

With Hydration, Dewgong has its status cured at the end of each turn if rain dance is active.
