Goodra is an interesting Special Tank. It's designed to take a mighty amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. With Hydration, Goodra has its status cured at the end of each turn if rain dance is active. Goodra comes with a good amount of bulk from its decent HP and great SpDef stats, so it'll be able to take a few hits without much problem. Infestation will trap the opponent, and (with binding band), apply damage every turn equal to a non-toxic poisoning. Throw toxic on top of that, and you've got some nice, consistent damage being dealt every turn. When it's starting to look like Goodra's going to faint, rain dance and rest. Hydration will cure the sleep status at the end of the turn, so you can go right back to stalling.
