With Harvest, if last item used is a berry 50% chance to restore it each end of turn. 100% in sun. Essentially the old tropius starf berry tactic, but way better.
You try to switch into something that is either sleeping, or doesn't have any dangerous attacks, and use substitute. Afterwards you use curse, and your Starf berry will activate. Then protect + phantom force to stall, and hope you get the right boosts.
