Physical Sweeper Trevenant (Popular/Trending)
Trevenant is a spectacular Physical Sweeper for single battles. It is primarily designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Focus Sash helps protect Trevenant from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. With Frisk, on switch-in Trevenant identifies the held items of all opposing pokemon. With a Mental Herb equipped to it, cures Trevenant of attract, disable, encore, heal block, taunt, torment then the Mental Herb gets consumed.

Physical Sweeper Trevenant (Natural Cure)
Trevenant is a spectacular Physical Sweeper for single battles. It is designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Life Orb boosts the power of Trevenant's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. The Shell Bell item option is to help Trevenant recover from the recoil damage it may take from Wood Hammer. With Natural Cure, Trevenant has its non-volatile status condition cured when it switches out.
◆ Seed Bomb is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Grass-type move that deals a substantial amount of damage.
◆ Poltergeist is a physical STAB-boosted 110-base power Ghost-type move (fails if the target has no held item).

Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest
Nature: Calm (+SpD, -Atk)
EVs: 252 Hp / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Moveset:
- Protect / Shadow Claw
- Curse
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
Trevenant Special Wall (The Giving Tree)
Trevenant is a stupendous Special Wall for single battles. It's primary goal is to take a great amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. The Sitrus Berry will restore 1/4th of Trevenant's max HP when it reaches below half health and gets consumed. With the Harvest ability, if the last item Trevenant used was a berry then there is a 50% chance to restore it at the end of each turn (or 100% chance during sunny weather). Combining Trevenant's Harvest ability with the Sitrus Berry will make this a very difficult Pokemon to take down as it will repeatedly recover health. CURSE activates the Berry. Substitute first, then seed up, activate the Sitrus Berry, Curse, then just stall.
Only Curse when you have Harvested a Berry and you have seeded.
◆ Shadow Claw is a physical STAB-boosted 70-base power Ghost-type move (high critical hit ratio).
◆ Curse is a status move (curses if ghost, else -1 spe, +1 atk, +1 def).
◆ Substitute is a status move (Trevenant takes 1/4 its max hp to put in a substitute).
◆ Leech Seed is a status move (1/8 of target's hp is restored to Trevenant every turn).

Item: Starf Berry

EVs: 244 Hp / 12 Atk / 252 SpD
Moveset:
- Phantom Force
- Protect
- Curse

Trevenant Special Wall (Stallvenant Curse)
Trevenant is a phenomenal Special Wall for single battles. The purpose of this moveset is to take a mighty amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. With the Harvest ability, if the last item Trevenant used was a berry then there is a 50% chance to restore it at the end of each turn (or 100% chance during sunny weather). Essentially the old tropius starf berry tactic, but way better.
You try to switch into something that is either sleeping, or doesn't have any dangerous attacks, and use substitute. Afterwards you use curse, and your Starf berry will activate. Then protect + phantom force to stall, and hope you get the right boosts. With a Starf Berry equipped to it, raises a random stat by 2 when at 1/4 max hp or less (not acc/eva) then the Starf Berry gets consumed.
◆ Protect is a status move (prevents moves from affecting your Trevenant this turn).
◆ Curse is a status move (curses if ghost, else -1 spe, +1 atk, +1 def).
◆ Substitute is a status move (Trevenant takes 1/4 its max hp to put in a substitute).
