Physical Tank Runerigus (Popular/Trending)
Runerigus is a pretty decent Physical Tank for single battles. The purpose of this moveset is to take a considerable amount of physical hits while dealing some decent damage. Weakness Policy activates if Runerigus is hit by a super effective move. The Weakness Policy is consumed and its Attack and Special Attack are increased by two stages each. With Wandering Spirit, pokemon making contact with Runerigus have their ability swapped with this one. With a Colbur Berry equipped to it, halves damage taken from a supereffective dark-type attack then the Colbur Berry gets consumed.
◆ Phantom Force is a physical STAB-boosted 90-base power Ghost-type move (disappears turn 1. Hits turn 2. Breaks protection).
◆ Poltergeist is a physical STAB-boosted 110-base power Ghost-type move (fails if the target has no held item).
◆ Rock Slide is a physical 75-base power Rock-type move (30% chance to make the foes flinch).
◆ Trick Room is a status move (goes last. For 5 turns, turn order is reversed).

Runerigus is an awesome Physical Sweeper for single battles. It's designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Runerigus's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Runerigus's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Wandering Spirit, pokemon making contact with Runerigus have their ability swapped with this one.
