Scizor is a fabulous Double Wall for single battles. It's goal is to have enough defenses and bulk to take both physical and special hits. With Technician, Scizor's moves of 60 or less power get boosted by 1.5x power. With a Scizorite equipped to it, if held by a scizor, this item allows it to mega evolve in battle.
