Physical Sweeper Arbok (Retro)
Arbok is a sensational Physical Sweeper in single battles. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. The original Red/Blue Pokemon had alot to deal with on the battle field. In the old days before Generation IV, a move's damage category was determined by its type.
♦ Double-Edge is a physical 100-base power Normal-type move (has 1/4 recoil). ♦ Body Slam is a physical 85-base power Normal-type move (30% chance to paralyze the target). ♦ Earthquake is a physical 100-base power Ground-type move that deals a vast amount of damage. ♦ Dig is a physical 100-base power Ground-type move (digs underground turn 1, strikes turn 2). ♦ Rock Slide is a physical 75-base power Rock-type move that deals damage. ♦ Acid is a physical STAB-boosted 40-base power Poison-type move (33% chance to lower the target's defense by 1 stage). ♦ Poison Sting is a physical STAB-boosted 15-base power Poison-type move (20% chance to poison the target).

Note: The damage listed here under Versus is not actually calculated using the in-game damage formula. It is simply calculated using typing weaknesses and resistances from the selected type-matchup modifier along with STAB (if applied) to help sort through and give a general idea as to how powerful certain moves might be towards that selected typing after modifiers are applied. Several moves listed here may have additional effects that might alter actual damage output which are not factored on this specific list. Use damage calculators to find actual damage amounts.
