♦ Bubble Beam is a special STAB-boosted 65-base power Water-type move (33% chance to lower the target's speed by 1 stage).
♦ Blizzard is a special 120-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).
♦ Ice Beam is a special 95-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).
♦ Confusion is a special 50-base power Psychic-type move (10% chance to confuse the target).
♦ Toxic is a status move (badly poisons the target).
