If all you're looking for is a bulky sweeper, Brick Break provides the best possible coverage alongside Aerial Ace. Roost makes sure Scyther keeps surviving, and allows it to stall out weaker Electric- and Ice-type attacks. Plus it can Roost off the Stealth Rock damage if your Rapid Spinner dies out sooner than expected.
