Special Sweeper Roserade (Technician)
Roserade is a wonderful Special Sweeper for single battles. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Throat Spray activates when a Pokemon uses a sound-based move (in this case Round or Snore) and raises Roserade's special attack stat by 2 stages. Focus Sash helps protect Roserade from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. With Technician, Roserade's moves of 60 or less power get boosted by 1.5x power. In this case it would boosts Round and Snore.
◆ Leaf Storm is a special STAB-boosted 130-base power Grass-type move (lowers your Roserade's special attack by 2 stages).
◆ Sludge Bomb is a special STAB-boosted 90-base power Poison-type move (30% chance to poison the target).
◆ Venoshock is a special STAB-boosted 65-base power Poison-type move (power doubles if the target is poisoned).
◆ Round is a special 60-base power Normal-type move (power doubles if others used round this turn).
◆ Snore is a special 50-base power Normal-type move (Roserade must be asleep. 30% chance to flinch target).
◆ Shadow Ball is a special 80-base power Ghost-type move (20% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).

Roserade is a stupendous Special Tank for single battles. It's designed to take a great amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. With Natural Cure, Roserade has its non-volatile status condition cured when it switches out.
