Special Tank Rotom-Mow (Popular/Trending)
Rotom is pretty popular Special Tank for single battles. It was designed to take a nice amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. Expert Belt boosts the damage of Rotom's super effective moves by 20%. With Levitate, Rotom is immune to damaging Ground-typed moves (except Thousand Arrows). Levitate also makes Rotom unaffected by the effects of Spikes, Arena Trap, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Rototiller or terrain effects. Keep in mind that Ingrain, Gravity, Smack down and the Iron ball item will nullify Levitate's effect. With a Aguav Berry equipped to it, restores 33% max hp at 1/4 max hp or less; confuses if -spd nature then the Aguav Berry gets consumed.
◆ Thunderbolt is a special STAB-boosted 90-base power Electric-type move (10% chance to paralyze the target).
◆ Electroweb is a special STAB-boosted 55-base power Electric-type move (100% chance to lower the foes speed by 1 stage).

Rotom is a decent Special Sweeper for single battles. It's primary goal is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Throat Spray activates when a Pokemon uses a sound-based move (in this case Hyper Voice or Round) and raises Rotom's special attack stat by 2 stages. With Levitate, Rotom is immune to damaging Ground-typed moves (except Thousand Arrows). Levitate also makes Rotom unaffected by the effects of Spikes, Arena Trap, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Rototiller or terrain effects. Keep in mind that Ingrain, Gravity, Smack down and the Iron ball item will nullify Levitate's effect. With a Eject Pack equipped to it, if Rotom's stat stages are lowered, it switches to a chosen ally then the Eject Pack gets consumed.
