Atk is 1.5x; loses 1/8 max hp per turn. If you thought Solar Powered Charizard wasn't strong enough, add Choice Specs to really make it a BBQ! Charizard cannot set up its own sun with a Choice set so make sure you take care of this ahead of time and try to keep him in the Sun.
