Weezing is a stupendous Poison-typed Pokemon. It's normal to find yourself dealing with Weezing when battling in the 8th generation meta. Weezing's only type-related weaknesses are Ground and Psychic.

Special Wall Weezing (Popular/Trending)
Weezing is an awesome Special Wall for single battles. It's primary goal is to take a great amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. The Sitrus Berry will restore 1/4th of Weezing's max HP when it reaches below half health and gets consumed. With Neutralizing Gas, while Weezing is active abilities have no effect. With a Black Sludge equipped to it, each turn, if Weezing is a poison type, restores 1/16 max hp; loses 1/8 if not.
◆ Protect is a status move (prevents moves from affecting your Weezing this turn).
◆ Taunt is a status move (target can't use status moves its next 3 turns).
◆ Will-O-Wisp is a status move (burns the target).

Weezing is a pretty decent Physical Sweeper for single battles. It is designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Weezing's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Weezing's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Levitate, Weezing is immune to damaging Ground-typed moves (except Thousand Arrows). Levitate also makes Weezing unaffected by the effects of Spikes, Arena Trap, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Rototiller or terrain effects. Keep in mind that Ingrain, Gravity, Smack down and the Iron ball item will nullify Levitate's effect. Facade's damage doubles when the user has a status affliction.
