Starmie is popular Water and Psychic-typed Pokemon. It's almost common to find yourself dealing with Starmie when battling in the 1st generation meta. Starmie can usually be found in the OU tier (Overused). There were no known abilities or equippable items back in the Red/Blue Pokemon games. Starmie is weak to Bug, Electric, and Grass-typed attacks.
